Warm up: 2 mile run

Stair climber: 15 minutes

Leg press: 5 sets by 10 reps

Calf raises: 5 sets by 15 reps

Squats: 3 sets by 8 reps

Kettle bell swings: 2 sets by 15 reps

Walk a lap (or 2)
