Banana Blueberry Low Carb, Low Fat, High Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana

3/4 cup egg whites

1/4 cup whole wheat flour

2/4 cup oats

1/2 cup greek yogurt

2 servings protein powder (2 scoops)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup blueberries

1&1/2 tbsp hemp seed (optional)

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Put all dry ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth

Add all wet ingredients except for blueberries

Blend until smooth

Fold blueberries in

Pour mixture into baking cups

Bake 11-15 minutes
